How many credits does a video use?
Credits are reserved automatically from the quote when you start, with no extra confirmation. Source captions lower the charge. Failed or cancelled tasks release reserved credits. Active members pay no credits. Credit and membership tasks get priority.
15 minutes: 12 credits with captions, up to 20 with transcription. 60 minutes: 30 credits with captions, up to 60 with transcription.

How do I request a refund?
Email your account address and order ID to support@yepsoso.com. Unused credits or membership can be reviewed for a refund; used orders are reviewed individually. Approved refunds withdraw the corresponding credits or membership. Applicable law and payment-provider rules take precedence.
Daily free tasks are shared by IP and browser. Signup bonus credits can be claimed only once; changing email does not reset either allowance. Temporary email accounts support MiniMax only; use a permanent email account for other models.
