Service and content rights
YepSoso extracts video transcripts, transcribes speech and turns transcripts into blog drafts. Only process content you own or have permission to use, and follow the source platform’s terms. Public availability does not grant copying or republication rights. Do not bypass access restrictions, infringe copyright, process illegal content or impersonate others. AI output can contain errors; check the source and your rights before publishing.
Accounts and credits
Paid use requires a website account. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal, transfer or cash withdrawal. Packs add up and have no scheduled expiry. New accounts receive 50 bonus credits that never expire, work only with DeepSeek Flash (including videos over 20 minutes), and cannot be refunded, transferred or withdrawn; they are used first for DeepSeek Flash. DeepSeek Pro, overseas models, and MiniMax tasks beyond the free daily count or over 20 minutes use purchased credits or membership only. PayPal prices are shown in USD; Afdian prices for Alipay and WeChat Pay are shown in CNY. The confirmed checkout shows the final charge. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional fees.
Monthly membership and promotion
Monthly Unlimited normally costs $24.90 for 30 days of unlimited transcript extraction and blog generation with all available models and no credit charges. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal; another purchase extends access. Members have no daily usage count limit, while one-video-at-a-time, 4-hour video length and queue rules remain. Until November 30, 2026 at 16:00 UTC (December 1, 00:00 Beijing time), MiniMax membership is CNY 9.90 via Afdian or USD 2.90 via PayPal, with no additional discount. Other credit packs, membership and task credit charges are 50% off. USD prices round down to the nearest cent; half-credit charges are supported. Prices lock when ordered or quoted; orders remain valid for 3 hours and quotes for 10 minutes. Approved membership refunds withdraw the corresponding access; disputes may suspend membership.
Task charges
When you start a task, the maximum credits from the current quote are reserved automatically, with no separate confirmation step, and settled after the complete transcript and blog are delivered. Working source captions reduce the final cost below a quote that includes speech recognition. Failed or successfully cancelled tasks release the reservation. Changing the video, language or model requires a new quote. Credit and membership tasks are prioritised in the queue. Guest and daily free use, bonus credits and usage limits follow the tool page and server records.
Refunds and payment issues
Email support with your website account email, order ID and a description of the problem. Unused credit or membership purchases can be reviewed for a refund. Used, partially used and disputed purchases are reviewed against payment and usage records and the circumstances. This does not limit your statutory rights. Approved refunds revoke credits from that purchase. A dispute or a refund involving credits already used may pause new paid tasks while we review it. Applicable law and the selected payment provider’s transaction rules take precedence.
Information we use
We use your login email and account identifier to identify your account, and retain orders, credit activity and task status to provide the service and support. Submitted video links, accessible audio, transcripts and language choices are processed to generate results. Guest identifiers and usage records help enforce free usage limits and prevent abuse.
External providers
PayPal processes USD payments; Afdian processes Alipay and WeChat Pay payments in CNY. Start checkout from a website plan button to bind the order to your signed-in account; confirmed payments activate the purchased benefits. We do not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes or payment passwords. If source captions are unavailable, audio is sent to Whisper through OpenRouter. Transcript and blog generation sends text to your selected model provider, such as DeepSeek / MiniMax or a model accessed through OpenRouter. Content may be processed in other countries. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share with these services.
Retention, deletion and analytics
Temporary task files are cleaned up after expiry, usually after six hours. Signed-in results are saved in account history; guest results remain in the current browser. You can delete results from the tool’s history list. Order and credit records may be retained for accounting, refunds and dispute handling. The website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand page usage. Do not enter passwords, card information or sensitive personal data into video URL fields. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of account information.
Contact and copyright concerns
Support: support@yepsoso.com. Include the order ID for payment issues. Copyright notices should identify the source URL, your rights and the specific content concerned. We will review and address the request. Do not email payment passwords or card security codes.
MiniMax plan and automatic emails
MiniMax membership costs a promotional CNY 9.90 via Afdian or USD 2.90 via PayPal for 30 days of unlimited extraction and articles using MiniMax only. These are the final prices after discount. Other models use credits. All-Model membership is $24.90 for 30 days. Neither renews automatically. Completed articles and original transcripts are emailed from support@yepsoso.com to your signed-in account email by default. Turn this off in your account’s transcript and email settings. When disabled, result emails stop and administration pages hide video links and content; we do not manually view your video information. The system still temporarily processes videos to produce results, and existing history follows the same retention rules. Guest free extractions are limited per browser and network: one per browser and up to three per network each day.
